Add a menu on main page on foxes and how to keep chickens safe

This site is dedicated to providing information on chickens and chicken keeping in a urban environment. Being a wiki this site is intended for many people to contribute their KNOWLEDGE to help others and provide a reference work in the style of Wikipedia

See you've now added the feathers and eggs at the top :-)

Few points: The word "the" is in the wrong place on the main page On the breeds section, the menu is very long and thin making the text start very far down the page, can it be made wider so it takes less room? Can you name the picture of an Amber Star on the main page "Susannah" Can you protect what I have written on Amber Stars? (People can still add more).

Can we have emoticons, I've got a bit addicted and keep wanting to add them when I write something :!:  :lol:

Can we add a help section on the main page as the only help section is hidden on the left, and if you can't work out the navigation you may not find it  :oops:

Can I have my own introduction on the front page, a friendly greeting and how to use site for non techie people like me?!

When I edit all my help section appears below in blue. I think there is too much text for anyone to take in, I ignored it the first time I saw it-and I wrote it!
